LEISURE WORLD CHAPTER MEETING

Date & Time: 2nd Wednesday - March 10, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.

Location: Leisure World of Md. - Clubhouse #1
3700 Rossmoor Blvd,  Silver Spring, MD 20906
(Ask guard at gate for directions.)

Program:  Two separate support groups --one for stroke survivors and one for caregivers-- will be provided. 
              One group will be facilitated by psychologist Sam Levinson, Ph.D., and the other group will be
              facilitated by clinical social worker Susan Montgomery, LCSW-C.

            Sessions such as these which offer professional and peer support and information provide wonderful
            opportunities to share your concerns and experiences with others who have been in a similar situation,
            to ask questions, to find out about helpful resources, and to realize that you are not alone as you cope
            with life-afer-stroke issues.
