Services: Ability Based on Life Experience (ABLE) Seniors Employment Program provides annual Job Fair for Mature Workers, year-round job coaching, and job-support services for seniors (55 years of age and over). Helps clients learn how to search for jobs, write resumes, practice interviewing techniques, and analyze workplace skills and training needs. Offers courses to learn or improve computer skills. Maintains ABLE Registry service which circulates job seekers' resumes to select employers. Cost is approximately $500 for three months’ service. (Note: Cost may be reduced or eliminated for some low-income residents of Montgomery County).

Services: The Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) provides services to eligible individuals with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities to get job training and placement. Services include diagnostic evaluation, vocational counseling, physical restoration, training and job placement. Some services are dependent upon a sliding scale means test.
