Housing Assistance and Resource Service routes calls for information about applicant’s status on HOC's waiting list for assisted housing, a list of affordable apartments and programs, HOC's first-time home buyer program, housing programs for the elderly, emergency/homeless/facing eviction situations, and the Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit Program.
