Question: How do I change my e-mail address?
Answer: First, log on to the website. Look for the "My MCSA" menu box at the top left-hand corner of each page on this website. Click on "Preferences" (to the right of a red checkmark). Once in the Preferences area, you will see a place where you can list your new e-mail address.
