I am the Manager of Grassroots Advocacy for the American Heart Association, Mid-Atlantic Affiliate. I work with Corette Jones and other staff throughout DC, MD, VA, NC and SC. "You're the Cure" is the name of our team of advocates that help us with public policy issues. Members, call, write, email and visit with elected officials to voice their support for strong public health policy which the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association supports.
