Metro & Metro Access   Within the past few years, I've heard a number of comments on the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). WMATA handles the buses, subway, and disabled transportation for Washington D.C. and Montgomery, Prince Georges, and Fairfax Counties. For the past two months, a new MCSA member, Judy Leitner, has been investigating how we would suggest improvements, particularly to the disabled, Metro Access portion of WMATA.
