MCSA’s dual mission is (1) to provide and promote programs and services that offer stroke education, professional and peer support, rehabilitation, recreation, and socialization for stroke survivors, their family members, and other caregivers living in or near Montgomery County, Maryland; and (2) to increase stroke awareness in the community.
MCSA INVITES YOU TO ATTEND OUR FREE April 2026 PROGRAMS:
* MCSA’s STROKE SUPPORT GROUP: 3rd Thursday, April 16, 3:00-4:00 p.m. E.T.
This is MCSA’s monthly virtual support group for stroke survivors and family caregivers. Ask questions, discuss stroke experiences, offer support to each other, and share helpful suggestions and resources. Free. Meeting invitations and reminders will be emailed.
*CHAIR YOGA WITH REGINE: Wednesday, April 1, 10:30-11:30am Eastern Time.
Join us for deep breathing and gentle stretching that can be done when sitting in a chair. Virtual classes via Zoom. Free. Invitations will be emailed at appropriate times.
*MCSA’s Board of Directors will meet via Zoom on Thursday, April 9, at 10 a.m. E.T.
