This is MCSA’s monthly virtual support group for stroke survivors and family caregivers. Ask questions, discuss stroke experiences, offer support to each other, and share helpful suggestions and resources. Free. Meeting invitations and reminders will be emailed. See page 4.

SAILING WITH MCSA and C.R.A.B. ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 18, 1:30-3:30 PM in
ANNAPOLIS, MD. This is a makeup session because our May 13 th CRAB sail was cancelled
due to inclement weather. A few our original passengers cannot sail on June 18, so we have
room for a couple of new guests. If you want to sail with MCSA on June 18, contact Janet Gritz
